Christmas Card Competition Winners Are Real Crackers

A creative pupil at St Ninian’s Primary School in Hamilton has been celebrating after coming out tops in Monica's Christmas card design competition.  

The winner was Milly McCrory, a primary seven pupil at St Ninians PS in Hamilton. The runners-up were James Craw, P2 of St Mary’s PS, Larkhall; Abby Gilchrist, P7 of Dalserf PS; Lauren Perry, P3 of Quarter Primary and Kayden Burns, P4 of Beckford Primary School.

Each child received vouchers for Vue cinema in Hamilton, as well as some Christmas goodies.

Monica said: “I’ve been absolutely delighted by the response to my 2019 Christmas card contest, and there were so many fantastic designs.

“Thank you to all the pupils who took part, and a big congratulations to the winner Milly McCrory from St Ninians Primary, in Hamilton and to all the fabulous runners-up.

“Thank you also to the generous sponsors who made it possible for this competition to take place – CST Global and Blameless charity at Hamilton Accies Football Club.
